Founder
Technoagaton is founded and led by Beata Maćkowiak, a specialist with over 20 years of experience in the anti-corrosion industry.
A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and a certified labor law advisor (postgraduate studies), she combines technical expertise with business practice and hands-on management experience.
Over the years, she has worked with contractors, manufacturers, and departments such as procurement, maintenance, and production. This allows her to fully understand the real challenges of industrial work – whether on construction sites, in shipyards, or in production facilities.
